Flexible living

I was going to title this post ‘Flexible Working’, but that was too rigid. Everyone at OpenSure works from home, as that’s how we’ve found things work best. We have the ideal people for the company and we all love what we do and can get on with it without worrying about travelling to work, having to look busy or organising someone to collect the kids from school. Work needs to be done, but done to our top-notch employees’ schedule. So far we’ve had brilliant productivity – what matters for us is the end result, not how many hours and when are spent achieving it.
